I am using Allrounder 3 so not {LESS} Allrounder!

The original Allrounder isn't done by me. It's coming from lernvid.com.
From what I remember it does this arrows with a background image. You should be able to set this background to none and get rid of it.
It helps if you get familiar with FireBug or the developer tools of your browser.

I have been surching with Firebug and I find how to remove them!
They are in the css.compress.php rule 678
But I don't know how to get in that file.
When I download it and open it with Notepad++ I only see 45 rules!
Am I doing something wrong?

I have found it!! THANKS for your help!!
It was an image with the name menu-li.png
I changed this in menu1-li.png and now the arrows are gone!!

Now I have to find out how to make the menuitem what is being visited NOT bold.

I can't really help you with the original Allrounder template.
In general you should however not change the template files but add custom CSS rules to the parameter in the template. You can do almost anything there.
If you don't know CSS, search for some tutorials and learn it. It's worth the effort.
